How It Works
For 2026 there are 18 races in the Classic Runner of the Year Series. Runners will be scored in the following divisions:
Age 0-19, Age 20-29, Age 30-39, Age 40-49, Age 50-59,
Age 60-69, Age 70 & Over
1st place runner in the race division will receive 20 or 10 points, according to the event's allotted points, 2nd place runner will receive 19 or 9 points, according to the event's allotted points and so down to 1 in each point race. At the end of the year the 1st, thru 3rd place runners in each division will receive a special Classic Series shirt and recognition! 1ST PLACE IN EACH DIVISION WILL RECEIVE THE CLASSIC RUNNER OF THE YEAR PRESTIGIOUS JACKET!
Please note: In case of 1st place ties, the overall Jacket winner will be the participant with the most events participated in.
No need to register as everyone will be eligible to accumulate points automatically! Must participate in at least 3 races to qualify.
Note: Your division is determined on what your age will be on Dec. 31st.

- December 12 - Jingle Bell Run Toys for Tots 5k - 10 Points
